Content is disappearing.

I will create a new entry/document, and when I go back to edit it, after closing it out, the content of that entry is no longer there. The entry and title/subject are there, but the body isnt.

Also, Ive quit using this app as much after discovering it doesnt automatically back up. Found this out after I got a new phone.
